EII provides professional, fast and flexible service support for customers. We set up two centers for service support.
Service center for semiconductor:
We offer semiconductor and microelectronics products and equipments of CENTROTHERM photovaltics AG, including vacuum soldering systems VLO6/VLO12/VLO20/VLO180/VLO300, horizontal furnaces series, E2000/E1550/E1200, Verticoo 200 and high temperature furnaces Activator 150/ Oxidator 150, DBC conveying furnace; and the systems and equipments for the treatment of exhaust gases of CENTROTHERM CLEAN SOLUTION’, such as CT-D/CT-W/CT-BW2009 systems.
We provide a set of after sales services to our customer:
- Comprehensive and customized technology service for above equipments’ start-up, training, maintenance, refurbishment and the removing and exchange of spare parts etc.
Plenty experienced engineers;- Service network around the country
- 24 on call and email for service support
- Remote on-line diagnostics
- Providing service on site within 48 hours
- Resident engineer for key customers and areas
- Providing dual technology supports from domestic and German engineers
- Wear parts on stock in our warehouse for urgent demand
Service center for cryopump and robot:
We built up a cryopump overhaul center in Shanghai according to the authorization by Oxford Instruments Austin, where we supply comprehensive refurbishment and overhaul for CTI、Austin OEM pumps and M600 compressor.
We provide renewal of spare parts instead of supplying cleaning service for the damaged parts, in order to improve productivity effect and reduce maintenance cost for the customer.
In addition, we also provide maintenance and refurbishment for all kinds of robots, such as Genmark、MECS、PRI/Equip、Brooks、Rorze、JEL and Kensington etc.
